Wedding Wardrobe - Terms and Conditions
placing an order with The Wedding Wardrobe, you will be in acceptance
of these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding contract between
you (the client) and us (Wedding Wardrobe).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return
it within 7 days of receipt and we will happily refund your card or
offer a replacement item.
Special orders cannot be exchanged unless deemed to be faulty. This
includes all shoes that have been dyed, veils, posy bags and gowns that
have been made to order. All credits will be reimbursed to the card
that was charged on purchase with no exceptions.
We endeavour to keep postage and packing charges to a minimum. These
are calculated on overall weight and world zones. Please check the price
of your P&P from your basket before proceeding to the checkout.
It is in your own interests to make multiple purchases at the same time
to minimise this cost - expected delivery on these orders will be as
per the item with the longest lead time. Please refer to Delivery times

All items are delivered via recorded delivery (UK) or via "Airsure"
- signed for worldwide. This system allows for the electronic tracking
of all items despatched.
All expected delivery times given are estimates, and do not form part
of any contract. We aim to despatch most goods to you within 3 weeks
of order (Except gowns). If your "required by" date is less
than this, urgent orders can be accommodated to be despatched within
3 weeks, but will require authorisation from Customer Services, and
will be subject to a £10 surcharge.
Please note that any goods found to be faulty upon receipt will be replaced,
but time must be allowed for the returned goods to arrive back to us
before replacement goods are despatched. It is therefore your responsibility
to allow ample time prior to your wedding for contingencies.
We will not ship to a PO Box number. It is your responsibility to ensure
that the delivery address given is a deliverable one. If a flat or apartment,
then the flat number and building number must be clearly stated.
An e-mail address is essential so that we can:
a) Confirm your order and expected delivery date.
b) Inform you when your order has been despatched and issue an on-line
tracking number with instructions.
If any item fails to be delivered because of a fault given in the address
submitted on order, shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and we will
not be held accountable for late delivery.
If an item is returned to us because it has not been delivered / collected
from the Post Office then re-shipping costs will be charged to re send
Any duties payable are the sole responsibility of the client. We will
not pay any fees relating to import tariffs.
Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check for faults immediately.
If you are not totally satisfied with your goods you must contact us
within 2 days of receipt of order to gain an authorised returns code.
The goods must then be despatched to us within 5 days. The cost of returning
goods lies with the client, unless faulty, when those goods will be
exchanged free of charge.
Upon receipt of the returned items, the delivery charges of faulty goods
will be credited to the client's charge card, and replacement goods
despatched. Please allow 28 days from receipt of returned goods for
replacement goods to be re-shipped.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 15%.
Refunds or exchanges will be only be authorised for goods returned in
their original condition and packaging.
No refunds or exchanges will be given for goods that have been worn,
damaged or soiled. Please note that particular care must be taken when
trying on shoes. No shoe returns will be accepted with scuffmarks, toe
imprints or scratches to the soles.

recommend that you return items via a "recorded delivery"
means so that proof of despatch and receipt can be obtained. We will
accept no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
All information given on this website is held by HSBC and is not divulged
to us. All payments are made via the secure server HSBC Bank. All payments
are authorised with MasterCard and Visa prior to despatch of goods.
Full payment for goods and postage will be debited from your card upon
submission of your order. you must always quote your billing address
for delivery on your order to help keep frud to a minimum. Any other
address will result in your payment being refused by the bank.
Any payments suspected to be fraudulent, will be subject to further
investigation and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Cancellations must be received in writing or via e-mail within 7 days
of order. Thereafter all orders will be considered a legally binding
contract and subject to these terms and conditions.
